End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: April 23, 2025

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Circle of Fifths, LLC regarding your use of the the Metronome Trainer software ("Software").

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on one (1) computer.

2. Trial Period

You may evaluate the Software free of charge for 15 days, with full access to all features. This trial is provided for you to assess whether the Software meets your needs.

3. No Refund Policy

Once a license is purchased, no refunds will be provided. You are responsible for evaluating the Software during the 15-day trial period before committing to a purchase.

4. License Key & Reset

After purchase, a license key will be provided via your online dashboard.

  • You are entitled to one (1) free license reset (e.g., for switching computers).
  • Additional resets may require a small administrative fee.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute your license key.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Software.
  • Circumvent any licensing or activation mechanisms.

6. Updates

Minor updates and bug fixes are included. Major version upgrades may be offered at a discounted price for existing users.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license if this Agreement is violated. You must delete all copies of the Software upon termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

Circle of Fifths, LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of USA KY.
